Sentrix sells resources for FiveM and RedM servers: interfaces and systems you install on a server you run. You are buying a licence to use them, not ownership of the code.

Each product page lists the frameworks it supports and the resources it depends on. Those dependencies are separate software, they are free, and we do not sell them.

One purchase licenses the resource for one server. If you run several servers, or a network, you need a licence for each, or you can talk to us and we will work something out.

You may edit the configuration files, which ship open for exactly that reason. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files, and you may not attempt to remove or bypass the escrow protection on the code.

Editing the config to fit your server is expected. Reusing the code in another product is not.

Resources are digital and delivered immediately after payment. There is nothing to ship and no waiting.

Buying once gives you every later version of that resource at no extra cost, for as long as we keep publishing it. If we ever stop updating a resource, what you already downloaded keeps working; we simply stop adding to it.

Digital goods are delivered instantly, so a purchase cannot simply be returned once downloaded.

If a resource is broken, does not do what its product page says, or cannot be made to work on a supported framework, come to Discord first. Most problems are a missing dependency and take minutes. If the fault is ours and we cannot fix it, we refund.

We do not refund for buying the wrong thing, for changing your mind, or for conflicts with other paid resources we do not control.

Support happens on Discord. It covers installing the resource, its configuration and problems caused by the resource itself.

It does not cover building your server for you, writing custom features, or fixing other developers resources.

We test on the frameworks listed on each product page. We cannot test against every combination of resources that exists, and we do not promise a resource will coexist with everything else you have installed.

FiveM, RedM and the frameworks change on their own schedule. We keep resources working, but we cannot guarantee that an update elsewhere will never break something temporarily.

Sentrix builds add-ons for FiveM and RedM. Rockstar Games and Cfx.re have nothing to do with us and do not endorse us.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.
